This is what we spend most of our time doing. We have a runner! Luckily we live on a cul-de-sac, and we have friendly neighbors with friendly dogs who don't mind Eli exploring in their yard. I love when his arms get swinging in front of him really fast...too cute!

These videos are so funny! Love the arm action. The tap-tap-tap-tap of his feet makes me think of the Little Bear book we used to read to John (and the others before him), where Grandfather Bear tells Little Bear a story about a little elf who is being chased by something, "pit-pat, pit-pat, pit-pat". Turns out it's his own shoes that he jumped out of when he heard a loud noise and started to run ... they didn't want to be left behind.
Hope you have your running shoes on! Wow, he's fast!
Emma Grace used to walk with her hands clasped behind her back. Sometimes she would try to run that way, too! She usually ended up on the ground. Poor baby!
