John has started a workout program called P90X, which he likes because you do all the workouts at home. I'm impressed with his dedication to the program so far. The boys have enjoyed exercising with Dad as well, as you can see.
That video reminded me of this one. Pretty funny!

Can you please video John when he gets to the yoga video? I'd love to see it! :) I really like Boone's attitude about the whole thing too.
He did yoga last night, but I didn't get a video. I will get one for you next time!
